Burlington County Resident Appointed Vice President At Lockheed Martin

Moorestown, N.J., February 27, 2003  Yvonne O. Hodge has been appointed vice president, Mission Success, for Lockheed Martin Naval Electronics & Surveillance Systems (NE&SS). In this capacity, Hodge will provide strategic business guidance for all business process initiatives and quality programs. She will lead the NE&SS Quality Integrated Product Team that includes businesses in Moorestown, N.J., Manassas, Va., Baltimore, Md., Eagan, Minn., Akron, Ohio, and Syracuse, N.Y. Additionally, Hodge will provide oversight for the Business Ethics program at these business units.

Hodge joined Lockheed Martin in September 2002 as director, quality, ethics and mission success at the Moorestown, N.J.-based NE&SS business. She will retain oversight for this activity in addition to her expanded responsibilities.

"Yvonne brings a great deal of experience to our team and I'm pleased to increase her role," said Fred P. Moosally, president of NE&SS. "Her strategic business guidance, with a focus on process initiatives, will benefit our customers and our employees."

Previously, Hodge served as Operations Vice President for AT&T where she directed and managed business customer care service centers and consistently achieved double-digit productivity improvements and high marks in customer satisfaction. Locally, Hodge serves the community as a champion of youth and education. She serves as vice president of the Burlington City Booster Club and works with the Burlington City High School boys' basketball team. She sponsors study halls, investment clubs, K-12 initiatives, and also works with the "Hard Work Basketball Camp" for boys and girls.

Hodge is a board member of the Burlington City Omega Psi Phi Community Development Center, which seeks to better the Burlington City community. She is the local Lockheed Martin Executive Champion for K-12 community initiatives. She also serves on the board of trustees for the Tabernacle Baptist Church in Burlington, N.J., and the Delaware State University School of Management. Hodge has a B.S. in Mathematics from Montclair State University, N.J.
